This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Booking conditions

  • Free cancellation three days before the scheduled booking date.
  • If the booking is canceled up to three days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If the booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • Any changes to your booking must be confirmed no later than three days prior to booking, using the email address info@canvasapartmentsandlofts.com. Otherwise we are not responsible for being able to carry it out on arrival at the hotel.
  • Check -in time is from 4 pm to 8 pm. For later arrivals, this must be notified and an extra charge of €15/hour will be charged.
  • Check-out time is until 11 am.
  • Failure to show up at the scheduled time without agreeing to a change will be considered a reservation cancellation, so the amount of 100% of the reservation will be charged to your card.
  • In case of no-show, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged to your card.
  • It is necessary to leave the apartments in the same condition in which they were found, with everything collected and having thrown away the rubbish. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge for the reservation for extra cleaning.

  • 1. What should I do when arriving at the apartments?

    One hour before arrival, you must contact the person who will assist you in the apartment, using the telephone number that appears in the e-mail you receive the day before the date of the reservation. This person will give you all the directions so that you can arrive correctly.


    Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., in case of late arrival there will be an extra charge of €15/additional hour. Checkout time is until 11 a.m.

  • 2. How can I make the payment?

    You can pay for the reservation by credit card, preferably, or in cash. Payment must be made during check-in, it cannot be made afterwards.

  • 3. How many people can stay in the apartments?

    The number of people is the maximum indicated in each apartment, children under two are not taken into account. In no case may the number of people indicated in the capacity of each apartment be exceeded.

  • 4. Can we receive visits?

    Yes, you can receive visits as long as these visits are during the day and do not exceed the total capacity of each apartment plus 50% of it.

  • 5. Do you have high chairs or cots?

    Yes, we have two high chairs and two cots for all the apartments. Although it is a free service, you must tell us at the time of booking if you want to make use of it, so that you can book them. We do not have small sheets for the cot, you will need to bring them directly.

  • 6. Does the reservation include house cleaning?

    At the time of check-out, you must leave the apartment in the same orderly condition in which you found it and have disposed of the rubbish generated. We do a thorough cleaning after the departure of each client.

  • 7. Do you accept pets?

    We do not accept any kind of pet in our apartments.

  • 8. Can we organize a party or event?

    It is strictly forbidden to organize any party or event in the apartments. External stereos may not be carried or additional speakers may be placed in the same apartments. It is necessary to respect the coexistence with the neighbours and not to make noise between 11 pm and 7 am.

  • 9. What happens if we leave before the apartment?

    If you leave before the scheduled check-out date, please inform info@canvasapartmentsandlofts. In no case will the amount of the reservation corresponding to the absent days be refunded.

  • 10. Can I change my apartment?

    Changes are only accepted within 72 hours of booking and more than 15 days prior to check-in. Changes will be subject to availability of other apartments.

  • 11. What do we find in the apartments?

    The apartments have the necessary utensils for the capacity of people they have. If anything breaks during your stay, please let us know so we can replace or repair it as soon as possible.


    The house also has sheets for all beds as well as a large towel and a small towel for each guest. Bathroom amenities are also available in the apartment.

  • 12. Are the apartments provided with climatization?

    All apartments have hot and cold air pumps so that they can be air-conditioned according to the time of year. At the same time, all apartments have top quality enclosures for better use of air conditioning systems.


    It is mandatory to use the air conditioners responsibly and turn them off whenever they are not inside the apartment.
